Nicchio Café owns two warehouses in ideal conditions to storage its own coffee and also provide storage and reprocessing for others.
With modern and efficient machinery, both warehouses can hold up to 500 thousand 60kg bags.
It also has Rainforest Alliance certification, which is a world wide certification program, that establishes social, environmental and economical criteria related to responsible coffee production practices and custody chain track parameters. It is the guarantee that the Rainforest Alliance certified coffee is not to be mixed to a non certified coffee.
Strategically located in Manhumirim (MG) and Colatina (ES), regions where Arabica and Robusta coffee are produced, Nicchio Café provides storage service for national and multinacional businesses.
Reprocessing

It is the stage in which the beans are prepared, according to buyer’s specifications, varying from county to country.
Classification: in lab, our experts team evaluates the beans, as the beverage, and samples and shipped to the clients, meeting each country’s standards. Thus, we customize each demand, culture and flavors.
Sifted and ventilated machines separate the beans by size and density. Electronic machines identify other flaws, as coloring, through photocells. Selected beans in Nicchio Café warehouses are stored in big bags and are ready for exportation.

Specialized companies perform the warehouse to final destination shipment for Nicchio Café, the cargo is completely secured, ensuring our clients’ peace of mind.
The exportation is performed from Vitória (ES), Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and Santos (SP) harbors, where all embarks are rigorously accompanied by our own or one of our partners’ qualified teams, or third-parties companies, guaranteeing an excellent logistics service, aiming to meet our clients’ expectations in the final product delivery.

Our coffees have the Rainforest Alliance Certified stamp: a world certifying program which ensures efficient agriculture and responsible production.
Rainforest Alliance certified coffee is totally traceable, allowing its buyers to check where it came from and how it was produced.
