Nicchio Café – also acts marketing such bean. Although we produce, we complement market demands buying green beans from Bahia, Rondônia and Espírito Santo farmers, the latter being the national largest Robusta coffee producer.


Arabica Coffee

Nicchio Café – Colatina markets Arabica coffee from producers and companies from the mountains of Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais.

Arabica Coffee - Fine cup, good cup and peeled cherry quality

High quality drink, with balanced acidity and body, presenting light sweetness and flavors.
It is usually commercialized in fine beans – 14/16 and moka sifters, and in larger beans - 17/18 sifters and other sizes to fit each client’s needs.

Arabica Coffee - Rio Minas quality

Rio – Minas beverage, reveals stronger and more intense aroma and taste.
It is exported in fine beans – 14/16 sifters, 15/16 sifters, and larger beans – 17/18 beans and other sizes according to each client’s needs. Mainly commercialized in the Mediterranean, East Europe, Arab countries, South America and the United States.


Certification

Rainforest Alliance, which is an international certification program, establishing social, environmental and economical criteria, related to the responsible coffee production practices and the chain custody tracking parameters. It is the guarantee that a Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee will not be mixed with an uncertified type.
