From 1999 on, we started investing in livestock in Caropa, Liberdade and Tangará farms, in Pará and in Joncon farm, in Tocantins. An artificial insemination program was implemented, updating and adjusting the farms with high-end technology, involving bold projects and highly qualified professionals.

In 2011, we started building allotments, in high quality infrastructure, luxury condominiums and average to high standards houses in Arraial D’Ajuda (BA), Porto Seguro (BA), Trancoso (BA), Teixeira de Freitas (BA), Colatina (ES) and Marilândia (ES). In 2022, we reached the mark of a thousand families living in ventures delivered by the group.
