Robust and ideal for blend

Conilon or Robusta Coffee

This coffee represents one-fourth of the world’s production of different types of coffee, which can be found in Africa, Asia, and South America. In Brazil, Robusta or Conilon crops are concentrated in Espírito Santo, a state that is the largest Brazilian producer.

The bean is widely accepted in the American and European markets and highly valued for blends. It has more sugars and caffeine than Arabica, more resistant to diseases and more productive, blooming many times a year.

Nicchio Café operates in the market buying this coffee from producers in Espírito Santo, Bahia, and Rondônia as a processed green bean and not separated into sieves (bica corrida) and standardizes the coffee for sale in the internal and foreign markets, according to customer’s needs.
